Hiya! 👋🏼

I'm a copywriting, content-creating, voice-acting, video-producing, yoga-teaching, meditating, musical ex-pat... living in California with my partner, 2 dachshunds and 3 cats. 

Oh... And I'm also Head of Content at Fika, where I get to use a lot of my favourite skills to produce our mental fitness content, in support of our mission to mainstream mental fitness.

I'm passionate about making unique content that's based on solid behavioural science, but that feels a lot more like a chat with a trusted friend than a text book.

I'm also terrible at surfing, but the least said about that the better. 🏄🏽‍♂️
