Head of Projects – Operations

Hello!  🤝

As Head of Projects at Fika, I'm part of the Operations team and do 3 main things: 

1 - Ensure we have clear plans and objectives as a business

2 - Handle a lot of unseen but important ops stuff - all things compliance, legal, financial, investor relations 

3 - Support Founders and whole team on key initiatives of the moment, which could range from distribution partnerships to new market entry to anything else that's important at the time 

Before Fika, I worked in strategy & transformation roles at Costa Coffee, and as a management consultant in the UK & China.  In the dim and distant past I also worked as an English teacher in Japan 🇯🇵 and as an MP's parliamentary assistant (no expenses jokes, please).
